Situated on the edge of the Marlborough Downs, the yard is the perfect environment for training racehorses to peak fitness both mentally and physically.

Facilities include:
- American style barns (cool in the summer, warm in the winter with heat lamps to dry horses quickly and warm the muscles)
- Horsewalker
- Turnout (post and railed paddocks)
- Woodchip All weather canter
- Polytrack & grass gallops
- Lunge ring/sand roll
- Schooling fences
